Good Day!  Have you finished your Christmas  shopping?  Well, as you can see by the statistics below, sales activity on the lake is starting to slow down for the Holidays. I expect we’ll see an increase in sales shortly before Christmas, then very little until after New Years. If you’re considering buying lake property, don’t let this market slip away.
