    Jay came to the Real Estate business with a degree in Business Management, and an extensive background in Corporate Sales and Executive Management. As President of Ajilon Communications (a large multi national communications service firm), Jay traveled worldwide and was responsible for million dollar decisions. Not only is Jay a licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia, but he also has his South Carolina license as well.

    Jay is the right person to help you make the right decisions in real estate. Jay knows what is important to you… and how to get it. Focusing on lake and dream homes throughout North Georgia is a natural step for Jay. He grew up on the lakes in Michigan (Lake Huron and Traverse Bay, Lake Michigan) and now owns a vacation home on Lake Hartwell.

    Patsy was born and raised in Athens, Georgia and still considers herself a die-hard Bulldog fan.  After graduating from UGA she moved to Norcross, Georgia and has been a resident of Gwinnett County ever since; first living in south Gwinnett and, since 1991, in north Gwinnett.  She currently resides in Sugar Hill with her husband and son.

    In January of 2007, while attending a real estate pre-licensing class, Patsy happened to come across a book on Home Staging and knew, from that moment on, that was her niche in the real estate industry.  Since becoming licensed as an agent with Keller Williams Realty, she has since devoted her time to becoming certified as an ASP, or Accredited Staging Professional, and getting her staging business up and running.  According to Patsy, given the current market conditions, business is booming, as everyone is looking for the edge over the competition.
